POLICIES
Deposits – A credit card is required to book your appointment, with no deposit necessary. If you are unable to book with a credit card, please contact us on Instagram @pixieangel_toronto to coordinate a non-refundable e-transfer deposit equal to up to 50% of scheduled services. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance owing. Deposits are transferable to a new date if you have provided 48+ hours notice. You may reschedule once in the next 3-weeks; deposit will be forfeited if you do not; exceptions will be made if the schedule is full.
Payment – Payment in full is due at time of service. We accept many forms of payment, including e-money transfers, debit, and all major credit cards. We are unable to accept cheques.
Rescheduling & Cancellations – If for any reason you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Last minute cancellations or reschedules are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of scheduled services.
Late Arrivals – A $10 fee will be applied to your final bill if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment. Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time, if time permits at the discretion of Pixie Angel Lash Studio. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service will be canceled and a cancellation fee equal to 50% of scheduled services will be charged.
After Hours – An additional service charge will be added to after hours services. $25 for Full Sets and $15 for Fills. Please send Pixie Angel Lash Studio a direct message on Instagram @pixieangel_toronto with your request.
Eyelash Fills – Always schedule your fill in advance to avoid disappointments due to no calendar availability. It is recommended to come every 2-3 weeks. Mini Fills must be scheduled up to 6 days since your last appointment and have 80% of lashes remaining. 2-Week Fills must be scheduled within 6-15 days since your last appointment and have 40% of lashes remaining. 3-Week Fills must be scheduled within 15-21 days since your last appointment and have 40% of lashes remaining. You will be charged the price of a regular fill if your lashes don’t meet these fill requirements. We do not do Foreign Fills (sets done at another studio); please book a Full Set and removal service.
Refunds – Although we do not offer refunds on our services, we will do everything we can to achieve your satisfaction, provided you inform us within 24 hours of the service in question and come in for an assessment and adjustment within 72 hours of the service in question.
Consent & Release Form – You are required agree to our terms of service and consent & release form when you book your appointment and/or before your service begins.
ETIQUETTE
Please arrive with no makeup, clean & uncurled lashes. Do not consume any beverage or food that contains caffeiene the day of your appointment.
Gratuities (tips) are greatly appreciated, but never required. Customary gratuities in the beauty services industry are 18+% of the pre-discounted service price. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call or email us within 24 hours of your service so that we can promptly rectify the situation. Your happiness with our service is the highest priority.
Please understand that your appointment is reserved solely for you and we do business by appointment only. Please do not bring extra guests, unless your friend has booked a lash service after you on the same day.
Although we LOVE babies and fur babies, we won’t be able to help supervise your children and pets, so please arrange care for them prior to your appointment.
If you are under the age of 16, please provide parental/guardian consent.
